Details: We are seeking an RN or NP with a legal/paralegal background for a long term contract assignment. The right candidate will have law firm experience working as a paralegal or Legal Nurse Consultant in a law firm setting. Any OBGYN experience is a big plus.Work will consist of the following: Reviewing medical records Creating records summaries Organize, review, and analyze medical records to assess if treatment meets standards of care and to identify and assess causation issues with correlation of diagnoses Prepare chronological reports with case analysis and recommendation Other research as neededWork must be done on-site at the law firm in Newark, New Jersey.Interviews begin immediately and the position will start as soon as a qualified candidate is identified.
