Details: Job Summary: Experienced Registered Nurses (Minimum one year of experience) to work with adult and geriatric patients; current BCLS and AB 508 training required. Qualifications: • Assessing patient and family needs and completing admission assessment documentation • Initiating Patient treatment Plan form assessment information which includes nursing diagnoses, goals and interventions • Documenting patient status at the time of admission, transfer or discharge to and from nursing unit • Setting priorities in planning for patient needs to include patient and/or family teaching • Communicating with and utilizing available resources within the facility and community in planning all aspects of nursing care
