Details: Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.This position will be utilized to fill absenteeism due to illness, FMLA and vacation coverages. Most coverage will be foreseen in advance and therefore scheduled but employee will need to maintain an open availability throughout the work week for unexpected gaps in the schedule. Hours are not guaranteed.
