Details: Department: Sparrow Certified Home Care-Skilled Nursing Schedule: WES Shift: Weekend Staffing Hours: 80 -This position will cover the Ionia area** Hours Per Pay Period:  Overtime Option:  ***This position will cover the Ionia, MI area*** Assess patient's condition and initiates appropriate nursingn and/or medical care and treatment in accordance with established policies. Develops and implements a plan of caer based upon the assessment of the patient. Evaluates teh patient's response to care, updates care plan, and reassesses on an ongoign basis the condition and needs of the patient. Completes required documentation timely. Demonstrates and teaches patient and caregiver in patient ongoing care. Communicates timely with patient's physician on condition and changes. ~CB~
