Details: Float Pool Nurse to cover variety of shifts Sunday through Saturday depending upon unit needs.Provides direct nursing service and supervise health related aspects of care. Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services. Evaluates and monitors clients for medication side effects. Coordinates medical care and intervention with staff and psychiatrist. Provides clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis interventions, individual, family and group therapy and case management. Develops and monitors treatment plans, monitors progress, documents significant interactions and maintains clinical charts and other reporting data.
